1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

Fate-O-Tron is a free, browser-based entertainment tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate a satirical "Screwed Percentage", verdict, roast commentary, and a "survival tip" in response to a situation described by the user. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for their use of it.

4. No Account Required

The Service does not require registration or the creation of a user account. Any history of past results is stored locally in your browser only, as described in our Privacy Policy, and is not accessible to us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any real, identifiable individual;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Service or its underlying infrastructure, including through automated scraping, bulk querying, or denial-of-service activity;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompts, models, or source code of the Service;
• Use the Service to generate content intended to cause harm to yourself or others.

6. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of the situation text or voice input you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Trinoflow a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit that content to our third-party AI and transcription providers solely for the purpose of generating a response to you. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and confirm that you have the right to submit it.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All percentages, verdicts, roast lines, and survival tips are generated by a third-party AI model based on the User Content you provide. This content is produced automatically, is intended purely for entertainment, and does not reflect factual analysis, professional judgment, or the views of Trinoflow. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or contain errors in translation for non-English languages. Full detail is provided in our Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Fate-O-Tron name, logo, visual design, and underlying software (excluding User Content and AI-generated output) are the property of Trinoflow Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share screenshots or exported images of your own results for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media. No other license or right is granted to you in respect of the Service's intellectual property, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Donations and Payments

The Service is provided free of charge. Trinoflow may present optional avenues for users to send a voluntary tip via third-party platforms (including UPI-based payment applications and Ko-fi). Any such transaction is processed entirely by the relevant third-party payment provider, subject to that provider's own terms; Trinoflow does not process, store, or have access to your payment card or account credentials. Tips are voluntary, are not required to use any feature of the Service, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for AI text generation, speech-to-text transcription, IP-geolocation, payment processing, and hosting. Trinoflow is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of these third-party services, which are governed by their own respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. TRINOFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRINOFLOW AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, TRINOFLOW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹500).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinoflow Technologies and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service — in whole or in part — if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or unlawful conduct, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service, its users, or Trinoflow. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 11, 12, and 13) shall continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trinoflow with respect to the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
